Masters

General Information

The master degree is a 45 credit hour (91 for the M.Div.)  course of study designed for those in Christian ministry.  A bachelor degree from an approved college or seminary is required for acceptance into this program.  Acceptance is subject to approval by the Admissions office.  The average time for completion of the master degree is one-and-one-half to three years depending on the student’s pace, the degree major, and the time required to complete the master thesis.  The master thesis is a mandatory requirement worth 18 credit hours.

Credits may be earned by:

1) transfer of credits from an approved college, university, or seminary.

2) awarding credit for learning achieved through ministry experience, and 3) completing courses with International
Seminary.

Prerequisites

1. Verification of high school

2. Official transcripts (sent directly to International) reflecting an earned bachelor degree (from an approved college).

3. Official transcripts (sent directly to International) of all other studies.

4. Graduate courses may be transferred with the prior approval of the seminary.
